Not what it appears online

I bought this lamp on the premise that it was silver. Even called customer service to clarify before ordering. When it arrived, the lampshade was linen and not white like the picture. The base looked very dark and the lines that looked silver online, were black. Didn't even finish taking it out of box so I could return it. Customer service was very helpful on the return.
