How long does outdoor chair delivery take?

In-stock outdoor chairs and lounge pieces typically arrive in about 2–3 weeks with Front Door delivery (you unpack). Optional White Glove delivery is $129 and usually takes about 3–4 weeks. We ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states only — no international or express furniture shipping.

What is the difference between Front Door and White Glove?

Front Door is our standard delivery: the carrier brings your order to your door and you unpack. White Glove is optional for $129 and adds room-of-choice placement and packaging removal. We ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states only — no international shipping, and express is not available on furniture.

Can I return outdoor chairs?

Outdoor chair returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Furniture carries a 20% restocking fee. Sale, clearance, floor models, and special orders are final sale. Packaged accessories follow a separate 30-day window.

How do I build an outdoor lounge set?

Start with weather-ready lounge chairs or a sofa, add an outdoor table for drinks, and leave walkway space around the grouping. Performance cushions dry faster after rain; browse Outdoor Sofas & Sectionals and Outdoor Tables to complete the set.

Can I see outdoor chairs in person in Houston?

Yes. Our showroom is at 3100 Travis Street, Houston, TX. The store is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Phone hours are Monday–Saturday 10–6 and Sunday 12–6 CT at 1-888-685-3838, or email support@highfashionhome.com.
