Visually attractive but not quality

These look fabulous but poorly made. One came broken with the screws out. My husband fixed the lamp but when he called to alert customer service they didn't want to do anything for the inconvenience. In the end, they gave 10% off. Also, the light is very direct. I had hope to have more light with two of them.
