Element II Club Chair, Poratti Charcoal

Product took awhile to receive but that was communicated to me from the beginning. Communication was great. And product even better than photos.

This set up is perfect for our playroom. The chairs can be moved around into different positions and even set up like beds for guests.

The shipping was very expensive for 3 lounge chairs. They leave a huge crate in the driveway. The merchandise is certainly protected, but was a lot of work to get the product out. The chair looks really beautiful, but the center is rather hallow. I thought it would provide more cushion. When sitting you can hear the wood in the frame. The quality could have been better. Suggest limited use. Hoping it doesn't sag.

I chose the Smoke upholstery after debating between the Sherpa and Smoke options while viewing at the showroom. Once I had the pieces mixed in with my grey tones at home, I could see more of a Slate (blue hue) pop. In the light of the day, it's even more obvious. Still a very beautiful color just not what I had expected initially. I returned to the showroom the next day to see if I had been mistaken or if perhaps that shipment was different from the showroom. Absence of sunlight, in the middle of the showroom, there was the Smoke chairs I remembered although now the hue was more evident to me. The very helpful HFH sales rep assisted me in bringing the pillow to the sun lite window where I could see the obvious tones I was experiencing at home. The HFH sales rep reminded me that if I weren't happy for any reason they could be returned (with original packaging).

With a bit more self debate and a few tweaks to my accents, I'm keeping them! The color is very opulent and mixes well with muted tones and bright pops. I find the Smoke fabric is very comfortable too, second to the Sherpa.

Product is great and exactly what I was expecting.

Things to improve

a) timing for delivering...

b) Transportation services that is a not allowed to put the furniture inside the house or at the right local
