Short, small, low arms

-In the reclined position you cannot relax with your head and feet on this sofa unless you are under 5’-5”.

-pillows slide off the sides because the arms are very short above the seats

-the hydraulics on the recliners are weak and the recliner footrests sag

-overall, I give this a 1 of 5 stars. We are selling
