Cascade chair

The chair is beautiful, beautifully made. The color Wolf pearl they told me was a shiny white fabric. When it came it was off white boucle. The bottom of chair had a big hole with stuffing coming out. The instructions said to put something on the bottom but it didn’t come with anything. It seems very low. The chair is made well. The problem is I can’t get them on the phone
