Wow!
I was hesitant about ordering these chairs because of the high price & reviews I read about customer service not being the best. So the first two chairs I got came completely crushed the other had a crack in the back I didn't see till after the delivery guy took the crushed one away. (worst nightmare!) I was so nervous to call because I thought I would get the run around. Let me just say, customer service was AMAZING! I called, told them what happened and they ordered two new chairs. I had to wait 8 weeks, but I didn't mind, we weren't ready to move into our new place anyway. They sent the new chairs with a different delivery company and they came perfect. The chairs themselves are so nice and high quality. The color is very accurate like in the picture. I would totally buy again.
